Picture5.jpg

A Subsonic Blow Down Wind Tunnel was constructed with a 24 x 12 inch steel-encased plexiglass test section. Tested maximum combined wind speed of 26.8 m/s with 2 x electric fans.  Electronics included 2 x Vernier dual range force sensors, 1 x Vernier gas pressure sensor, and a Vernier LabQuest Mini as Electronic Interface. Testing utilized 3 x 3D-printed testing rockets fabricated with extrusion printer using PLA filament and designed using Fusion 360 CAD software.
